One of my favorite traditions

This is a spring tradition with Bulgarian origins but present in a bigger part of the Balkan.It's called Marenitsa and it is really a sort of welcoming for the spring.What we do is we make a red-white wool bracelets,tie them on our wrists at the beginning of March and hold them until we first see a blossoming tree or a stork.Then we tie them on a blossoming tree(just like in the photo) :) It's wonderful.I already saw a blossoming tree but I think I'll wait for that stork or a new tree :D
