Faces

I usually don't like skinny models that only really have bones and nothing else on them but these 2 girls are...I don't know how to say it.They have something. They are different.

My way to make milk foam for coffee

I just hate when I do not have foam on my cappuccino or coffee or whatever. So I figured a way to make foam and yet not spend a lot of money.I mean...milk you probably have in the fridge...right? So,you'll need: milk(any kind),a jar or a bottle but with a cap(lid) and some coffee creamer(optional, but I like to add it cause it makes the milk even creamier). So take the jar or bottle, fill it half way up with milk, add a tea spoon of creamer if you want, close it and play some cucaracha with it for about a minute(shake it real good). Then, open it and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds but watch it  so that it doesn't come out. It'll be pretty messy if it does.and pour it on your coffee. If you use a jar use a spoon to pour it on but if you use a bottle pour it right on the coffee.Yay.It's that easy.I read this in a news paper long time ago but now I decided to share it with all of you because it's so easy to do. Enjoy!

DIY cropped top

A friend of mine asked me to cut a t-shirt off and make her a cropped top.So I did but I recorded it and I decided to put it here.So what you'll need are a pair of scissors and an old t-shirt that you don't mind cutting.I tried to make it with pulling but that didn't work. So:

Here it is before

Put it on and mark the spot where you would like to cut the shirt.

Fold it in half but make sure that everything is straight so that you don't cut it wrong.Cut it and...

Pull it A LITTLE bit.

And you have a brand new cropped top.Anyway if you want to make it short just cut it wherever you want and pull it.And go to the beach to show it off ;)
Hope these tutorials are helpful. It's not a big deal, not much of a philosophy but...If you need help ;)

DIY shorts from jeans

Like I said yesterday I am making myself a pair of shorts. So yeah I went to a second hand shop and bought the jeans but I kinda made a small mistake.Looks like I bought jeans that were little bit too big although I was looking for big jeans. But I bought a little bit too big jeans. Here are the instructions:

Okay here are the jeans before.

First try them on and see where you want to cut them.Mark the spot with a dry piece of soap or whatever you use to mark.

Now put a ruler just so that you don't miss the straight line and mark it again.

Cut it off.Put it on top of the other leg.and just simply cut the other leg as well.

Here they are.

Now twist one part out and with the iron on max. just pass through it a few times.

Spraying it with water and then passing it with the iron works great for fixing the twist.

Repeat as many times as needed and voila. Here's the outcome.

Let them dry and they are done. Now these I'll wash 2 more times because I"m a hygiene freak. And I'll also make them a little bit tighter. But that I'll do some other day. This is just fun and cheap.I love alternating clothes :D

The shorts project

I totally decided that I was going to do some second hand shopping tomorrow, which I rarely do.I have only one shirt and one scarf that are second hand. There is a huge second hand shop near my school and I'll visit it tomorrow. What I'll be searching for will be a pair of old Levi's jeans or just any kind of jeans that haven't been really all that worn out and that are big...pretty big.I have a very weird body shape.I mean I have a mix of hour glass and athletic/androgen body shape and finding pants for me is really, really hard. For example right now I'm wearing a pair of jeans that are size 44 and I'm actually a size 38 with dresses and everything except for pants.I do not have Beyonce legs, but my legs are very weird.Let's just say that I have "the skier type of legs" since I do a lot of skiing. So I either wear male pants or just get a few size larger pants and tie them with a belt.Which is what I always do with pants. So yeah.I'm going to do those shorts these days when I'm more available and I'm sooo excited :D

H&M got me the best surprise :D

I was looking at some things on hm.com and I was thrilled when I saw that they were inspired from the Mexian Dia de los Muertos or the day of the dead. Here it's celebrated but I don't like our traditions. But I love the Mexican ones. And I love how Frida Kahlo used it in her paintings.I love Frida ^^ Back to the main subject.I love the collection. There are various stuff but I picked my favorites.
Awsome! I'm getting this!
Looks like a tattoo :D

These I'm also getting

We'll see If I have the courage to show up in this ;)
Already has a place in my closet

I just can't get enough of this collection. It's perfect.Colorful, fun and different.
P.S.I have no clue If H&M are really inspired by the Day of the dead but I think so.Anyway this is my conclusion based on the things I see.

Favorite natural home remedies part one

I decided to share with everyone my favorite home remedies for various things, conditions etc.

Okay so first remedy is the one you probably know. Chamomile, honey and lemon to make blond hair blonder or add some blond highlights to a darker hair color. When I had blond hair and even now when I see my naturally blond hair peaking from my roots and dreads I always used Chamomile tea with honey and some lemon juice to make it brighter, shinier etc. What I do is I boil round 350-400 ml of water and then add 2 tea bags of chamomile tea with honey(or just add 2 ts. of honey) and leave it to boil for 5 min. Then I take it off the stove, cover it and leave it to sit for an hour or so.Afterwards I add fresh juice from a small lemon(too much lemon can really, really dry out your hair),swirl it with a spoon and wash my hair as I normally do.After the whole washing process I spill the tea-mixture on my hair and wrap it in a towel(now that I have dreads I squeeze them because water in dreads-not good).I keep it till the next evening no matter when I had put the mixture in.It's important to spend at least a day with it in your hair. Then I wash it simply with some water.No shampooing.And that's it.If you have time and sun of course, sit and relax for an hour with it in your hair. The results are going to be amazing.Plus your hair will smell so,so nice.
As for red hair, hibiscus tea works great.Just boil 350-400 ml of water, add the tea.Wait 5 minutes.Leave to sit for an hour and wash your hair as you normally do.Then spill the tea on your hair, wrap it in a towel and don't wash it off.Hibiscus tea is great for your hair.
For brown hair.I used to have brown hair as well.Light brown as it is at the end of the summer and beginning of Autumn. My natural hair colors keeps changing in a weird way during the year.It doesn't get the lightest in summer like with most people, but in may and in winter. In summer I can honestly say it's the darkest.Well, that's what you get when you're a mixture of Macedonian,Croatian,Aromanian,Estonian,Russian, Serbian origins. So for brown hair cocoa is great. In 200 ml of hot water and 50 ml of hot milk (altogether)add 3-4 ts. of pure cocoa. But be sure they're hot.Swirl it till you get an equal mixture.Drain it through a drainer,so the sediment from the cocoa is no longer in the fluid. After the washing process spill it on your hair and leave it there. That's it.
I hope that this will help you.In the next part I'll tell you some great face masks.
See you.
